Chet LaTroy is a minor antagonist in the Season 2 of Tim Burton's Netflix series, Wednesday.
He is portayed by Haley Joel Osment who also played Mesmer in The Boys and Stu Camillo in Future Man.
Apparence[]
Chet LaTroy has a shabby, unkempt appearance that reflects his twisted nature. His light brown hair is often messy and greasy, with strands hanging unevenly over his forehead.
His beard and mustache are poorly maintained, giving him a scruffy, almost neglected look. His blue eyes contrast sharply with his disheveled features, making his unsettling presence stand out even more. He usually dresses in simple, worn-out clothes, like stained coats or faded jackets, which add to the impression of someone who doesn’t take care of himself but hides a darker obsession.
Biography[]
Chet LaTroy, also known as the Kansas City Scalper, is a serial killer and pet groomer from Kansas City, Missouri. He began his killing spree in 2003, with Olivia Hudson as his first victim, and over the years he murdered several others, keeping macabre trophies from each crime. Obsessed with remembering his victims, he crafted dolls resembling them, including one of Wednesday Addams. In 2023, he encountered Wednesday after she attempted to expose him.
He captured her, tied her up, and revealed his disturbing collection, boasting about his methods. However, Wednesday and Thing managed to outsmart him, leading to his downfall. Chet is portrayed as a man of average height with light brown hair, blue eyes, a beard, and a mustache. Despite lacking supernatural powers, he relied on his craftsmanship, cunning, and sadistic tendencies to terrorize his victims until he was eventually caught.
