Chi Name is a tongue Youkai and the main antagonist of episode 23 of Choujin Bibyun.
She is voiced by Kouko Kagawa. Her human disguise is played by Chikako Sono.
Biography[]
Chi Name was sealed beneath a shrine until a couple crashed their car, flinging the woman out and causing her to disrupt the shrine. Now freed, Chi Name attacked a doctor at a hospital and disguised herself as her to take her place. Disguised as the doctor, Chi Name began licking patients in the hospital to drain their life force. When Lisa Akechi snuck into the hospital to investigate, Chi Name had two of her nurses (who were really Yoki in disguise) hold her down so she could lick her and brainwash her. Lisa Akechi fought the nurses off and attempted to escape, but Chi Name was able to corner her and lick her. She then had Lisa bring Santa to the hospital for a checkup so she could lick him as well. Right before she could inject him with a serum to knock him out however, the Choujins showed up to investigate, but Chi Name was able to convince them she was just performing a regular medical procedure. However, Birin then teleported in and revealed the doctor to be Chi Name, prompting the youkai to show her true form and battle the Choujins. Chi Name had her large tongue sliced off by Bibyun before being destroyed by him with his Fireball Attack, leaving behind a puddle of blood.
