“ | We all got a Chicken-Duck-Woman thing waiting for us. | „ |
~ Obi-Wan Kenobi |
The Chicken-Duck-Woman Thing is a minor antagonist in Bad Lip Reading's spoof of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, but the main antagonist in the spinoff song, "Bushes of Love". She is a monstrous hybrid who is responsible for killing Luke Skywalker's father (as Darth Vader is not his father in the spoof).
History[]
As the song goes, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker fought the Chicken-Duck-Woman Thing 49 times. However, one day, she waited in the bushes to ambush them, overpowered them and ripped off Anakin's face, causing him to scream a swear word and die. The blood created a huge mess that drained into the floorboards. Obi-Wan presumably was able to escape it or chase her off, but was forced to change the floorboards.
Years later, Obi-Wan still remains in fear of the creature, and believes that she is waiting in bushes to attack everyone. He remains paranoid that the Chicken-Duck-Woman Thing will attack.
In the song, it is heavily implied that instead of Stormtroopers, it is the Chicken-Duck-Woman Thing that killed Owen and Beru and burned down Luke's house.
Appearance[]
Despite never being seen, the song describes the monster as having a chicken head, duck feet, and a woman's face. Some T-Shirt designs seem to forget or remove the woman's face, however. Her size is unknown.
Personality[]
The Chicken-Duck-Woman Thing seems to be indiscriminately homicidal and destructive, and is determined and relentless in her attacks on humans. It is unknown why she attacks humans, but is shown to be smart enough to stalk and stage ambushes on people. She appears to be crafty and stealthy, and avoids detection before it is too late.
