After Carmela fought the war with The Religious Cult. They slammed her legs and ordered her to crawl away. No one knew what tricks Carmela used to stay alive,she made her way to The Shifters and The Shifters agreed to help her. First they replaced her mutilated native legs with prosthetic ones,then they gave her an regeneration implant and give her the skill to manipulate Poison (Poison Manipulation). The Shifters offered a deal to Carmela to lead The Chinese District. Carmela
accepted the deal and lead The Chinese District Zone.
