In her very first appearance, Chloe was assigned guard duty at a remote area considered to be Rebel territory with a Hodumi++. When Teleko arrives to take some of the trees for Odette, Chloe attacks the Invader but is overwhelmed by the Invader's telekinetic powers and defeated. As Teleko departs Chloe swears revenge on her. Because her machine and communication device were destroyed, Chloe is forced to walk through the blizzard to get back to base. While walking, she sights a silver-haired child in the distance.
