Chloe Frazer is the secondary antagonist of the 2022 action-adventure film Uncharted, based on the video game series of the same name.
She was portrayed by Sophia Ali.

Chloe Frazer is one of Victor Sullivan's associates and a seasoned treasure hunter. She is first seen in Barcelona where she meets up with Nathan Drake and Victor Sullivan, having been contacted by the latter to assist in finding the location of Magellan's treasure, which is thought to be inside a church. She had also retrieved another cross after Nathan stole the first one during the auction. She does not trust them, and quickly steals the cross in Nate's possession and tries to escape, only to be stopped by Nate to remind her that they need her help in finding the treasure.
Nate and Chloe go to the church to find the treasure with Sully's assistance while following clues from Sebastian El Cano's diary. After using both crosses to find the secret passageway, they go under with one key, leaving the other in Sully's possession. They both end up in a bar where they are confronted by one of Jo Braddock's henchmen, though they quickly escape using a diversion. The two encounter a trap door and Nate activates it, resulting in it filling with water with Sully having to use the other cross to help them get out. After Sully has a brief struggle with Braddock, he then activates it and saves them from drowning. Once clear, the pair find another room where both crosses are needed to unlock the door. Sully throws his cross down, and Nate and Chloe find giant urns that they believe the gold is hidden in. Instead, they are all filled with salt, and they each break. Nate finds a map hidden among the salt, indicating that the treasure is located somewhere in the Philippines. Chloe takes the opportunity to betray Nate and grabs the map for herself. She tells Nate that Sully is keeping the truth about Sam from him before she pistol-whips him and knocks him out.
Chloe then brought the map to Moncada, and they board an aircraft to leave for the Philippines. On the plane, however, Braddock betrays Moncada by slicing his throat, which results in Chloe defecting. Chloe briefly assists Nate and Sully in dispatching Braddock's men when Nate accidentally opens the cargo door and Sully flies away with a parachute. She then stole Moncada's red Mercedes Benz and accidentally hits Nate while escaping from the plane. They then jump onto a cargo load and land in the ocean before ending up at a resort.
At a hotel, Nate and Chloe try to find clues on the map only to find out that it doesn't pinpoint to the treasure's right location. While Chloe sleeps, Nate finds out that through his brother Sam's postcards, it contains a secret message saying "the keys are your compass". Nate uses both crosses and finds the exact spot on the map before writing down fake coordinates for Chloe to see as he doubts her loyalties. The next day, Nate finds out that Chloe had left and double crossed him again. She left a message saying that even though she likes him, she can't trust him. Despite this, it turns out Chloe had traveled to the wrong location. Nate goes to the exact location where the treasure is at, inside two of Magellan's old ships that he used during the expedition. Following Braddock and her men's defeat, Chloe was last shown empty handed on her speedboat, following Nate and Sully's helicopter as the duo celebrate.
