Chloe Hunter is a one-time antagonist from That's So Raven, serving as the main antagonist of the third season episode True Colors.

She is portrayed by Devon Odessa.

History

Chloe is introduced after Raven and Chelsea apply for a job at Sassy's. She puts both girls through various tasks to see if they are eligible to work at the store.

Ultimately, Raven easily aces the test while Chelsea performs poorly, but despite this only Chelsea is hired while Raven doesn't get the job. Raven is initially heartbroken, only to then have a precognitive vision of Chloe revealing to her that she doesn't hire black people, to which she confesses this revelation to Chelsea and Eddie.

Later on, Raven devises a plan to expose Chloe for her discriminatory views. With the help of both Chelsea, Eddie, and news anchor Miss Johnson, Chelsea wears a hat with a hidden camera in it to record Chloe confessing her racist views in person.

When Chelsea reports to Chloe for work, the latter orders her to keep a really close eye on a middle-aged African-American customer that entered the store, when Chelsea questions her on why she needs to watch that particular customer over all others in the store, Chloe responds by noting that "certain kinds of people need more attention". When Chelsea confronts the customer, the man reveals himself to be Raven in disguise before the two begin gossiping off-topic. Chloe notices this and tells Chelsea that she'll handle that customer. She then attempts to take away the sweater Raven is holding, before Raven reveals in a disguised voiced that she is in fact "Morvin C. Sweetback", the newly-appointed general manager of Sassy's International. Chloe is suddenly appalled by Raven/Morvin's sudden appearance and "apologizes" for her behavior. Raven/Morvin then berates Chloe, telling her that the store is not up-to-date for a Black History Month sale, to which Chloe responds by noting that she never heard about such a sale. Raven/Morvin then questions her further by asking if she hires applicants of color, to which Chloe then points out Raven's application and promptly calls her, nearly blowing Raven's disguise in the process when her cell phone starts ringing.

Eddie soon appears, asking to apply for a job in the store, which Chloe reluctantly agrees to do, much to Raven's frustration. The trio come up with an alternative plan by having Chelsea get the dirt from Chloe subtly. Chelsea then confronts Chloe, asking her when Eddie will get the job, to which she replies he won't. She then whispers to Chloe in private that she has to pretend to hire Eddie, but once the general manager leaves, she will toss out his application. When Chelsea questions her further on why she plans on doing that, Chloe reveals that she doesn't hire black people. Realizing that she knocked the hat containing the hidden camera off her head, she asks Chloe once again whilst retrieving the camera to catch her in the act, to which she once again states that she doesn't hire black people, matching Raven's vision perfectly and exposing her racial views on camera unbeknownst to her.

With the evidence in hand, Miss Johnson broadcasts this shocking find on live news. As a result, Chloe Hunter is fired from her position in the retail store and the company issues a public apology for the discrimination she has caused.
