Chris Carnassis is the secondary antagonist of the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Revenge". He is a self-described "incel" ("involuntary celibate") who, along with his friends Riley Porter and Tony Kelly, conspire to stalk and rape women whom they feel "owe" them sex.
He was portrayed by Will Dagger.
Carnasis is a member of an online "incel" (involuntarily celibate) community of sexually frustrated men who believe that women "owe" them sex, and that, therefore, there is no such thing as rape. They also hate and envy men and women who are in relationships, calling them "Chad" and "Stacy" because they view them as stereotypical "Ken and Barbie" types. Along with his friends Tony Kelly and Riley Porter, Carnasis posts misogynist rants and rape fantasies to message boards such as 4chan and redchan, using the handle "Hateful One".
Kelly comes up with an idea to get back at the women they feel have wronged them. He, Carnasis, and Porter will each "trade rapes", assaulting women who have offended or beguiled them in the past, but to whom the actual rapist has no personal connection. Carnasis serves as coordinator, directing the rapes remotely from a computer in his mother's house, where he lives.
Carnasis, Kelly, and Porter separately attack three couples, raping the women and beating up the men while calling them "Chad" and "Stacy", with Kelly ending up killing the man he attacked. The Special Victims Unit investigates and discovers the online "incel" group, eventually finding and interrogating Porter. Faced with the threat of a long prison sentence for rape and felony murder, Porter gives up Carnassis, whom the detectives arrest in front of his mother.
Lieutenant Olivia Benson and Assistant District Attorney Peter Stone interrogate Carnasis, and threaten him with life in prison for rape and racketeering, since he conspired with others to commit his crimes. When Carnassis replies with defiance, Benson and Stone say that they can legally seize his mother's house, since that is where he coordinated the rapes. Enraged, Carnasis yells that he and his fellow "omegas" will "get what [they] are owed all over the country" since they "have nothing to lose". Ultimately, however, Carnasis sells out Kelly in return for a reduced prison sentence, being twelve years for rape and assault.
