Chuchelo or, in the official translation Scarecrow is an optional minor antagonist in the Ukrainian FPS Survival Horror video game S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow Of Chernobyl.
Chuchelo is a expert Loner and a experienced smuggler from the Crooked Beam at the Army Warehouses. He is the assassination target of Lukash.
Personality[]
Chuchelo can be described as "extravagant". Chuchelo favors fancy suits and clothes, and has no problems with killing animals for profit to support his reckless lifestyle, and the fact that he didn't care about Freedom's warning, implies that he is either an egoist and/or an arrogant person, believing that he is better then them, or utterly stupid or both.
Appearance[]
Chuchelo wears a regular exoskeleton, consisting of a gasmask, a chest plate, shoulder pads, arm guards, a belt with pouches, and leg armor all in gray. He also has a backpack with tubes connected to his mask.
Biography[]
Chuchelo was a smuggler who roamed South America and Africa. The news of the newly appeared Zone brought him to Ukraine. In a rather short time, he smuggled hundreds of stuffed mutants out of the restricted area and earned the nickname "Taxidermist". When he doesn't smuggle items, he enjoys trading.
Chuchelo's smuggling business was against Freedom's worldview, about mutants being part of the new eco-system. According to Lukash, they warned Chuchelo several time, but he ignored each of them, which eventually provok Lukash, Freedom's leader, to issue a hit on him.
Chuchelo who originally was inhabiting the Crooked Beam right next to Freedom Base, left for the Wild Territory, probably due to the bounty that was put on his head. Where Mechenyj, will most likely encounter him, and where Chuchelo will, player-determinately, loss his life.

- Smuggling Expertise: Chuchelo's main business is smuggling. It's known that he was a smuggler even before arriving at the Zone, in South America and Africa. When he arrived at the Zone, Chuchleo quickly earned a reputation of a expert.
- Trading Proficiency: While not "working" at the Zone, Chuchleo is successful Trader.
- Assault Rifle Expertise: Scarecrow is a unique weapon user, possessing the Balance IL 86, which is a modified variation of the regular IL 86, with a lower recoil and a much higher reliability.
- Exoskeleton: Scarecrow wears the exoskeleton, which provides him protection from warfare attack, such as bullets, claws or grenade fragments.

- Chuchelo is one of the villainous unique weapon users, possessing the Balance IL 86. Other villains being Poker's Threaded SPSA-14, Frair's Storming Obokan, Major Kuznetsov's Fort-15, Koryaga's Fora-12 and AKM-74/2U.
- In Call Of Pripyat, the player has an option to by the unique pistol March, that according to Shusrty, used to belong to Wolfhound.
- Also, Chuchelo is the only character who can give the coordination to the "Secret Stash Of The Lucky One", containing another unique weapon, the Combat Chaser. But only if Chuchelo was killed at the Wild Territory.
- Moreover. Schastlivchik, or the "Lukcy One" was a bandit who originally was suppose to terrorize the Wild Territory, and was the owner of the named weapon, but he was cut from the final version of the game.
