Chuck Shocks is a minor antagonist in the 2014 DisneyToon Studios film Planes: Fire & Rescue. He is a crook and a major antagonist from the in-universe show CHoPs. In reality, he is merely just an actor with no bad intentions whatsoever.
He was voiced by an uncredited Isaac Singleton Jr.

Chuck Shocks, a crook who gets arrested by Nick Loopin' Lopez and Blade Ranger for running station wagons off the road.He asked and insulted why they are always spoiling his fun, but Nick tries to fight with him, only to stopped by his friend Blade insisting that Chuck is not worth it. The two are then dispatched to stop a fire.
Real Life (Planes: Fire & Rescue)[]
Originally Chuck doesn't appears at the events of the film after Nick's death at the studios but when Dusty, Maru, Lil' Dipper, Cabbie, Windlifter and the Smokejumpers put on the TV show CHoPs. In reality, Chuck is just portrayed by an actor who doesn't intend to run off station wagons. It's truly unknown what happened to his actor after Nick's death.

- Chuck, along with other characters from the Planes franchise, was supposed to get a 1:55 die-cast release in 2017 but was unfortunately canceled due to the Cars 3 1:55 die-cast line.
- Chuck's design seems to be similar to multiple 1960s-1970s classic muscle cars.
- He was supposed to be the main antagonist in the film, but Cad Spinner takes the role in the film.
