Prime Senator Chudelkin is a secondary antagonist in the first half of the Sword Art Online, Alicization Arc. He serves as the Chief Elder (元老長, Genrouchou?) or Prime Senator of the Axiom Church in Underworld, working directly under the Pontifex Quinella. He is the leader of the Senators, who are a group of brainwashed drones that enforce the Taboo Index. He also gives orders to the Integrity Knights in Quinella's absence.
He is voiced by Watari Takagi (who also voices Jan Valentine in Hellsing Ulimtate) in Japanese and Frank Todaro in English.
Biography[]
Chudelkin is a talented Sacred Art user who Quinella picked to become the Prime Senator of the Axiom Church. Chudelkin assisted Quinella in running the Central Cathedral, especially in issuing orders while Quinella is sleeping. He tended to be very harsh and abusive towards the Integrity Knights, yelling at them and derogatorily referring to them by their numbers.
