Biography[]
The Guided Fate Paradox[]
Cinderella's Stepmother and Stepsisters are fictional characters that exist within the story of Cinderella. Unlike either Cinderella or the Prince, they are entirely unaware of their existence as storybook characters or that they have repeated their story thousands of times over.
Their role within the story is to abuse Cinderella, the storybook's protagonist, essentially forcing her to be their slave. They differ from most of their counterparts by abusing Cinderella far worse, physically beating her, even in public, as well as making her go days on end without any food if she ever stands up for herself.
When they receive four letters to go to the ball, they all go and let Cinderella have one letter as a gift, a way to emotionally abuse her by pointing out how she could never go to the ball without a dress. Little do they know, Cinderella would show up to the ball in a dress created by the Fairy Godmother.
When they saw her talking to the prince, the Stepmother and Stepsisters instantly charged at Cinderella, all of them hitting her aside. All three of them hit on the prince with the Stepsisters both offering themselves up for marriage, promising to let the prince do anything they want with them to the point of the Stepmother offering up both of her daughters. Cinderella would get in the way of this and took the prince off for a dance.
Their ultimate fate is unknown, however, given their status as storybook characters, they are forced to go through the story of Cinderella over and over again, with Cinderella being the one to get married to her prince while they never do, presumably never finding out about the truth of their world.
