They helped Out The Brothers by obstructing the bombing investigation So The Brothers would not get caught by the police But They were later raided by the FBI and taken to jail for their crimes.

All Three Classmates are shown to love doing drugs and playing video games all day in their college campus in Boston. Its unknown why they wanted to obstruct the investigation but its assumed that its due to that Jahar Tsarnaev was their best friend and drug dealer.

Why Looking for White hat in a college campus the FBI raided a room that they thought he was in but they found the three classmates that obstructed their investigation and arrested all 3 of them.
