Claus is a minor antagonist of the 1981 James Bond film For Your Eyes Only.
He was portrayed by Charles Dance, who also portrayed Tywin Lannister in Game of Thrones, Mr. Benedict in Last Action Hero, Alan Jonah in Godzilla: King of the Monsters, David Carlton in Ali G Indahouse, and Emhyr var Emreis in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

A mercenary who works for Aris Kristatos and Emile Locque, Claus helps Locque hunt James Bond in Cortina but he is defeated by him.
Later, he is killed by Milos Columbo's men.
