Clayton smirks wickedly as he and his goons board on their boat towards shore, with nothing standing in his way.
"Ah, I remember you!"
Clayton attempts to kill Kerchak for attacking him earlier.
"I think this one will be better off stuffed."
Clayton prepares to shoot Kerchak...
...when he hears an all too familiar yell.
Clayton horrified to see Tarzan and his animal cavalry arrive to stop him.

Clayton runs as Tantor (with Terk, Jane and the Professor) charges at him.
Clayton dives out of the way.
Clayton furiously slams his fists to the ground knowing his plot is now going in shambles thanks to Tarzan and his friends.
Clayton watches as Tarzan and Kerchak free the captured gorillas.
"You there! Take what you can back to the boat!"

Clayton reloads his gun, after shooting Tarzan in the arm.
Clayton sadistically pleased he shot Kerchak, mortally wounding him.
"Hiding, are we? Good!”
(Jane: "Clayton, you rat!")

"I could use a challenge..."

Clayton scans the mossy branches for his prey.
Tarzan jumps onto Clayton's shoulders, making him drop his gun.

He retrieves the gun himself and points it at Clayton.
"Go ahead, shoot me." (Chuckles.)

Tarzan presses the barrels right to Clayton's throat...
...and imitates the sound of a loud gunshot.
(Tarzan: "Not a man like YOU!")
- An enraged Tarzan furiously shatters the gun in front of Clayton, who watches in horror as the remains of it fall to the jungle floor.

Clayton's villainous breakdown as he pulls out a machete from his belt and attacks.

One vine gets wrapped around his neck.
Clayton chops through the last vine holding him up...
...and plummets several meters below with the one still wrapped around his neck
