The Cleaner (愚裏無) is a gang of hate criminal and serial killers who appear in The Human Bug University.
History[]
Cleaner was founded by an ableist man called Higashihama. The number of members reached 100, including the leader, Higashihama. One day, with Higashihama as the main culprit, several people attacked a cookie factory where disabled people worked, killing three people and injuring one. The surviving victim asked Shigeo Ijuin to take action, The ringleader, Higashihama, was tortured to death by Ijuin, and the other members were killed on the spot. and the organization was eventually destroyed by Ijuin.
Origin of name[]
They compared disabled people to garbage and themselves, who attack disabled people, to cleaners, calling themselves cleaners in the name of eliminating garbage from human society.
