Clerics of the Seven Luminaries are major antagonists in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. They are the highest ranking member sof the Western Holy Church. They are led by Granbell Rosso. They are a group of powerful individuals knownn as Luminaries, surpassing the strength of an average Enlightened, who were once trained Chosen heroes and remain mostly shrouded in secrecy. It is said that only a few a few in the Western Holy Church have met them. in practice, they are actually former humans who were granted Luminous' blessing, receiving an extensive lifespan.

The Seven Luminaries are blessed with long lives. Their schemes failed when the leader of the Tempest Rimuru Tempest’s defense abilities thwarted their attempts to eliminate him and his followers. They conspired with Leonard Jester to attack Tempest and used Ars to impersonate Garde after his death. Feared being surpassed by figures like Adalmann and Albert, they orchestrated their deaths by sending them to face the Dragon Zombie Venti. They are responsible for manipulating Hinata Sakaguchi tp fight Rimuru.
