Clive Skruky is a major antagonist in Hitman: Absolution. He is a Corrupt Sheriff of Hope, South Dakota who associated with Blake Dexter and his company.
Skurky was made Sheriff of Hope, South Dakota in the early 2000s as he is on his second term during the events of Hitman Absolution, he is also known to be an associate of Blake Dexter who he arrests people for and typically assaults them and has these incidents framed as accidents.
Lenny Dexter gave Victoria over to Skurky after kidnapping her and used her to set a trap and capture Agent 47. Blake Dexter soon arrived and after nearly breaking down while torturing 47 for kidnapping Lenny, Skurky huddled him out of the room promising to extract information from 47 himself. Later the ICA invaded Hope and shot Skurky in the leg causing him to flee where eventually 47 caught up with him and after taking a priest hostage he was incapacitated by 47.
Skurky gave up the location of Dexter and Victoria and presumably died after 47 left.
