ClockMan.EXE is the main antagonist of Rockman.EXE Operate Shooting Star. He is a NetNavi and likes to travel though time, collecting beautiful NetNavis by freezing them and to aid them to his "collection".
Biography[]
Rockman.EXE Operate Shooting Star[]
In the game, he traveled though the Star Force time period and kidnaps Harp Note and escaped 200 years into the past, to the Battle Network time period. Dr. Goodall was able to help Geo find ClockMan to rescue Harp Note, but he can't return to his time, if he finds ClockMan.
ClockMan travels to the time period of the events with ElecMan.EXE, and kidnaps Roll.EXE. MegaMan.EXE was believed Geo was the one who kidnap Roll and fought against him. But after discovering Geo wasn't the one who kidnap Roll, the two join forces, found and fought against ClockMan. After Geo and MegaMan.EXE defeat ClockMan, he is deleted. MegaMan and Harp Note return to their own time using the Warp Hole left by ClockMan before his deletion.

- Clock Slicer: ClockMan throws small blades that move slowly in the floor.
- Clock Laser: When the clock in the background points to 3:00, he fires a laser from a Warp Hole.
- Calling Crimson: When the clock in the background points to 6:00, ClockMan summons Crimson Dragon to attack behind the player.
- Rogue Call: When the clock in the background points to 9:00, ClockMan summons Rogue to attack three times with a sword slash.
- Mega Clock Laser: When the clock in the background points to 12:00, it fires a giant laser from the background.
