Biography[]
History[]
Previously before the story, Clyde paid a $10,000 fine because he committed Ivory smuggling, thus being sentenced to two months' probation. Later, he posed as ICE agent named Clyde Harris, who wanted to stop sex trafficking, to manipulate people into giving up their adoptive kids. He then held them captive in either a shed or his vehicle before selling them to sex slavery under the guise of selling exotic animals. Some victims were young as 6 and all victims were described with an animal image and their behavior.
Chicago P.D.[]
After a meth house is taken down by the Chicago police department, Hank finds a shed which holds 3 boys, two of them dead. It is found out that the meth dealers never knew anything about it, but the kids did die from water which was infused with meth from the farm.
A couple named John and Penny Marsden are arrested and interrogated by the intelligence unit. They were forced to call back Clyde, but the line was disconnected. The intelligence unit later went to his house only to find it abandoned as he knew they were onto him.
Intelligence, after looking through the couple's background, they find that Sanctuary Row is a website where Dupree sells the kids. Dupree is currently selling 4 kids, so Voight tells Jay to start bidding. Eventually, they win the auction, and Jay goes undercover to collect their "prize". Clyde travels to the location in a trailer and brings a kid out. Then, a pedophile grabs one of the female victims and holds her hostage, but Voight shoots him in the head. The team moves in, and Clyde is caught by Kevin Atwater, while Hank Voight catches up. Disgusted, he brutally beats and points a gun at his face for answers on the kids and threatens to put a bullet in him until Antonio Dawson stops him and the 3 other kids are found.
In the interrogation room, Clyde requests for a lawyer but Hank decides to question him on his associates instead. while he is unfazed at the start and refuses to tell, Voight mentions that he will be assaulted, tortured, and even raped in prison for his crimes before Voight whispers in his ear an example of torture. Hank tells the scared man that there's a time limit on his offer to be put in protective custody, so Clyde writes down everything.
Adam Ruzek asks if he serious about the option, but Voight tells him that he lied about putting Clyde in protective custody, having already made a call to a jail warden to put Clyde in the open populace. In the end, Clyde was ultimately incarcerated for trafficking and his ultimate fate is unknown.
