CockFace Killer appears to kill victims that are having sexual intercourse or being turned on. He first attacked a couple that ended up surviving. Next, the CockFace Killer is seen hunting within a city, entering into a store to kill another couple that was having sex.
Next, CockFace Killer is seen killing a man that was having sex with a sex doll. Two police officers were trying to hunt down CockFace Killer, but they always failed and mixed the CockFace Killer with a bearded woman's sex cult that has the goal of killing men due to the bearded woman's tragic past of being abused by men.
CockFace Killer also killed the male police officer's wife, so the police officers ended up having sex with his wife's corpse. In the end, the CockFace Killer attacked the first couple again and killed the girlfriend, while the boyfriend managed to escape and survive.
