The Colombian Cartel Lieutenant appears as a minor antagonist in the 2004 videogame Grand Theft Auto Advance.
After the death of Sisco, the Lieutenant becomes the new leader of the Colombian Cartel. In the mission Love for Money the Colombians ambush Mike and 8-ball believing that Mike had killed their former leader, Sisco. Mike is able to kill many cartel members, forcing them to retreat.
Mike is able to track down the Colombian Cartel and eventually taking down the new leader, he tells Mike that King Courtney and his men are after him. After this, Mike receives the option to either kill or spare him.
- Although his death is determinant. In Grand Theft Auto III which takes place one year later, Catalina and Miguel (Grand Theft Auto) are the new leaders, making it possible that he went back to Colombia or his death was canon.
