Colonel Santino is a minor antagonist in the 2007 animated film TMNT.
He is a colonel who steals supplies meant for the Central American ruins.
He was voiced by John DiMaggio.
Biography[]
Colonel Santino, during the events of the film, steals a truck of supplies meant for a village near the Central American ruins and even steals a boy's mother's necklace. While on a jungle road, they stop to remove a log, but during this, his men start to disappear over time. His driver thinks that it is the 'Ghost of the Jungle', but actually, it is Leonardo. Santino decides to confront the 'ghost', and Leo reveals himself. The two battle off-screen, and in the end, Leo presumably wins, as the supplies end up being returned, including the boy's necklace.
