Comescu Family were an organized crime family whose syndicate was founded years ago. They appeared in the TV show NCIS: Los Angeles and appeared in Hawaii Five-O. They are one of the sworn enemies of NCIS agent G.Callen, as they were responsible for the deaths of his mother and grandfather, as well playing a role in his harsh life as an orphan.
History[]
During World War II, several of the Comescu family were killed by OSS agent George Callen because of them committing several war crimes. As a result, the remaining members of the family harbored a grudge against him and extended it to his family, swearing to ensure the man's bloodline ended.
Several years later, they put the plan into action by killing George and going after his daughter Clara who followed in his footsteps as an agent but fled to America. The family also gained another enemy in the form of Clara's husband Nikita Reznikov who enraged by them taking his wife and presumably his children would go on to wipe several members of the family. However, in one of his kills he ended up taking pity and raising a member named Darius who he filled the void left by Nikita's children.
Sometime after having her own family, two members of the Comescu Family found Clara at the beach in Romania while she was with her children. A man gave her son a toy while the other went onto kill Clara with suppressed pistol. Callen was spared for reasons unknown, but the Comescu's would regard his survival as a mistake on their end. Callen and his sister were found by Clara's handler Hetty Lange who took them to America, while putting them in various families fearing they were being hunted by the Comescu.

- Despite their intentions to wipe out the Callen Family, a majority ended up being killed by G. Callen.
- Darius and IIlem are the only non-hostile members of the Comescu Family.
- Hetty Lange, an agent who is usually fearless does not take lightly about the family. She once stated "Never underestimate a Comescu".
