Commander Fluffy is a major antagonist in Alberto Vazquez's 2nd Spanish-French full-length animated feature film Unicorn Wars.

He is the former commander of the teddy bear army, as well as Colonel Otto's second-in-command.

He was voiced by Juan Carlos Loriz.

Appearance

Fluffy is a large, obese pink furred teddy bear with a bloated face and green eyes. He is usually seen wearing a blue uniform, with a hat that has a pink heart emblem on it.

He is also usually seen with a cigar in his hand.

Personality

Much like his superior, Colonel Otto, Commander Fluffy is prejudiced towards the unicorns, deeming them as a "curse" to the forest. Also like Otto, Fluffy shows little to no concern for the soldiers, as shown when he berates a soldier from the office, who was unable to handle gunpowder correctly, thus injuring him when it explodes. He is also seen later being pulled in a rickshaw by Corporal Pompom, showing that he also likely scorns the lower ranking soldiers as well, treating them as tools. He does however seem to be genuinely loyal to Otto, as when Bluey insults him, Fluffy puts his hand on his sword, suggesting he would kill him.

Biography

Commander Fluffy is first seen in Otto's office eating high quality food like the other two leaders. Here Fluffly admits his hatred for the unicorns, deeming them as a "curse" on the forest, to which Otto replies telling him that his soldiers cannot defeat the enemy without hatred for them. When one of Otto's soldiers gets injured from a gunpowder explosion, Fluffy comments on how the soldiers can't get a handle on it. Fluffy and Snout then accompany Otto as Otto gives his speech to his soldiers.

When Bluey is found injured in a river, and brought to the military hospital, Fluffy and Snout also accompany Otto as he promotes Bluey to lieutenant. Afterwards, when Bluey insults Otto's supposed lack of experience with the forest, Fluffy threatens Bluey with a sword, which he pulls from his holster. He, along with Otto and Snout, is killed by a coup led by Bluey.

Trivia

• Early artwork of the film indicates that Fluffy was originally going to be Otto's third-in-command, possibly taking the role of captain, instead of Snout, as he wears the same outfit he does in the final film.
