Commander Hessler is the field commander of the Fuuma and a major antagonist in the television series Uchuu Keiji Shaider. He commands the Fuuma's Miracler soldiers.
He was portrayed by Kazuhiko Kubo.
History[]
After the Fuuma destroyed many planets across the universe, Hessler oversaw their attacks on Earth. He is a proud and easily irritated warrior.
He at one point encouraged his brother Himley to also fight for the Fuuma alongside him, however after Girls 1 and 2 pointed out to him that his brother might usurp him, Hessler began plotting to do away with his brother. Deciding to do away with Himley before he could gain any favor with Kubilai, Hessler strikes and fatally wounds Himley during their fight with Shaider before leaving his brother to die.
After the death of Girl 1, Hessler leaves for Easter Island to finally confront Shaider. Hessler and Shaider's battle eventually leads from Easter Island to the Fushigi Dimension where Shaider defeats Hessler with his Shaider Blue Flash.
