Commanding Officer Frank is a Frankenstein monster who is a member of the Delza Army and an antagonist in Kamen Rider Stronger.
He is voiced by Mahito Tsujimura, who also voiced Dead Lion in the same series and Mezalord in Akumaizer 3.
History[]
Commanding Officer Frank emerged alongside the other members of the Delza Army Majin Team following the downfall of Black Satan. The demons all toasted to the rise of the Delza Army, and General Shadow announced that whoever would defeat Stronger would become leader of Delza.
Brank later showed up at the Wolf Clan's base after General Wolf captured Stronger, angry that Wolf would be the one to kill Stronger and not him. After General Wolf was able to talk down Frank, he left Frank to guard Stronger's cell while he went to prepare his child sacrifices. However, after Wolf left, Frank freed Stronger so he could execute him and claim leadership of Delza, only for Stronger to reveal he was faking being weakened and fight off Frank and his men before escaping.
As Snake Woman made her move, Frank made another attempted to defeat Stronger, but was destroyed by Charged Up Stronger's Super Electro Speed Diving Punch.
