Connor Miller is the secondary antagonist of Murder Mystery 2.
He is portrayed by Mark Strong, who also played Frank D'Amico in Kick-Ass, Thaddeus Sivana in Shazam!, Pinbacker in Sunshine, Jimbo's father in The Prodigies, Sinestro in Green Lantern, Heraclio in Justin and the Knights of Valour and Prince Septimus in Stardust, Sir Godfrey in Robin Hood, Matai Shang in John Carter, and Lord Henry Blackwood in Sherlock Holmes.
Biography[]
He is first shown as the lead investigator after the wedding disaster where Lou dressed as Vik falls off an elephant and collapses. In actuality, Vik’s head bodyguard, Lou, who was stabbed to death, after which Vik was abducted for ransom.
The film's progression saw the couple's attempt to deliver the ransom result in them being suspected in the abduction, as well as survive an attempt by Countess Sekou and Imani (who stole the ransom money) to kill the pair, after which all suspects were rounded up. Saira responded to Audrey approaching her with shock and disbelief that Audrey would think that she would be behind her own brother's abduction, and after Vik arrived with a bomb strapped to his chest, Nick--figuring that the bomb would not detonate--allowed the timer to run out, as he knew that the culprit wouldn't allow anything to get in the way of receiving the ransom money.
Shortly afterwards, Nick revealed that Connor Miller (a former MI6 hostage negotiator who led the investigation) was the abductor. With that said Miller enters the restaurant and reveals his true form. He then attempts to kill everyone inside the Jules Vern restaurant via explosives strapped on Vik’s chest. As he makes is exit Audrey grabs on to home where he plans to destroy the Efiel Tower and get away with it because he hates the French more the witnesses. As Nick attemptes to save Audrey he is first able to destroy the remote for the explosives then engages in a fight with Miller.
As spitzes fight Miller he attempts to throw Audrey over the edge but lucky was able to save herself. He then sends the helicopter down to kill all inside the restaurant. While doing so Nick opens the case with Miller’s money causing the wind to blow away the money inside. Audrey then holds Miller at gunpoint and Nick ropes Miller to a elevator shaft sending him falling from the tower just a few feet away from the top of helicopter that was attempting to kill everyone in the Jules Vern Restaurant. As the helicopter was preparing for the deadly assault the rope snaps making killer fall into the helicopter blades where he is killed after being sliced by them. The helicopter then loses control and falls into a nearby lakes most likely killing those inside in a fiery explosion.
