Conway Stern is a recurring villain in Archer.
In "Diversity Hire", he gets a job at ISIS, mainly to round out the company's minority quota. On one mission, he saves Sterling Archer's life twice, only to literally stab him in the back and steal the Whisper Drive, intending to sell it to the Chinese. Lana foils his escape, which ends in Conway losing his left hand and swearing revenge. He later gets a bionic hand, a la Luke Skywalker, courtesy of Dr. Krieger.
In "Three to Tango", Conway returns and claims to have switched sides, but double-crosses Archer yet again. This time, he loses his right hand during his escape.
