The Cookies of Darkness are the main antagonists of the Cookie Run franchise.

Dark Enchantress Cookie[]
The leader of the group and is wanting to take over Earthbread.
Pomegranate Cookie[]
A secondary antagonist in both Cookie Run: OvenBreak and Cookie Run: Kingdom.
Dark Choco Cookie[]
The son of Dark Cacao Cookie and the former prince of the Dark Cacao Kingdom. He is also a major character in Dark Mode Story. As of episode 14, he is no longer a member. However, his other status remains unknown in Cookie Run: OvenBreak.
Lobster Cookie[]
One of the former members of the Cookies of Darkness in Cookie Run: OvenBreak. After Sugarteara was collapsed, they joined the Cookies of Darkness to rebuild Sugarteara back to its former glory. However, they would redeem themselves by apologizing to Electric Eel Cookie about destroying Wandercrab's power plant after they thought if it had any special power. This would result in Lobster losing his Crystal Claw arm again by the Eerie Anglerfish as they now consider them useless. Their arm would later be rebuilt by using trash remains.

Poison Mushroom Cookie[]
They are a servant of Dark Enchantress Cookie.
Schwarzwälder[]
He is a servant to Licorice Cookie and made an appearance in World Exploration episodes 1 to 4, but returned on episode 11 to 12.
Red Velvet Cookie[]
Served as an antagonist in Tower of Sweet Chaos.
Strawberry Crepe Cookie[]
A former member of the Cookies of Darkness in Cookie Run: Kingdom. They were wanting the Vanilla Kingdom to be ruled by Dark Enchantress Cookie while being confronted by GingerBrave and his friends. Unknowingly, Strawberry Crepe has left the Cookies of Darkness as they are now comfortable living in the Vanilla Kingdom and is redeemed.
