Copperhead is a minor antagonist in the G.I. Joe series. He is COBRA's Water Moccasin pilot.

Not much is known about him, but it is presumed that Copperhead is native to or otherwise intimately familiar with the Florida Everglades. He is also believed to have raced speedboats in high-stakes races in Monaco and Japan. His major weakness is gambling. Odds are that he got started by placing bets on his own races. Copperhead joined COBRA as a means to paying off his debts.
Sunbow[]
Copperhead was a minor character in the Sunbow G.I. Joe cartoon, serving as the Water Moccasin pilot and operating in swamp environments. His last appearance was in "Worlds Without End", in which his encounter with the Joes accidentally transported the Joes to an alternate reality.
DiC[]
He reappeared in the DiC sequel cartoon. He allies with Cobra Commander in his power struggle with Serpentor and becomes a commander for the Python Patrol. He later defects to Serpentor's side, but his plane is blown up by Scoop. It is unknown whether he survived this or not.
