Copycat Ken is a minor antagonist in Ranma ½. He is a master thief who fights impersonating other martial artists and defeating them with their own abilities.

He was voiced by Masami Kikuchi in Japanese and Toby Proctor in English.

Biography

Copycat Ken photographed Ranma, Ryoga, Kuno and Mousse in secret to copy their abilities. Ranma notices this and discover him, but Ken escapes. That night, Ranma finds Ken in Ryoga's appearance and the last one attacks him, when the real Ryoga appears, Ken inmediatly copies Ranma's form and fights against him with his techniques and defeats him. Then is revealed that Ken already defeated Ryoga, Kuno and Mousse, so the three of them goes to train to defeat Ken. Meanwhile, Ken copies Happosai while he is stealing panties but Happosai then says that Ken has to much to learn to use his ability at the best way. So Ken is trained by Happosai causing trouble to the Tendo sisters. Then Ranma returns and fights Copycat Ken, defeating him succesfuly. Then Ken tries to use his last trick, but only ends trapped in a loop of the forms of his rivals. Copycat Ken never appeared again, so it is unknown if he escaped from his transformation loop.

Powers and abilities

Copycat Ken is capable to photograph martial artists in battle to later copy their forms and abilities. After training with Happosai he also learned to copy his perverted personality.
