Cornelius Vanderhouven is the main antagonist of the Apple TV series Curses. He is the great (x3) grandfather of the Vanderhouvens. While an archaeologist, he was a greedy man who cared only about the wealth of the artifacts and not about the curses which led to his own downfall and cursed his ancestors/family.
He was portrayed by Robert Englund, who portrayed Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare on Elm Street film series and voiced Riddler from The Batman.
