Cosminus the Dreadful is the titular main antagonist of the Heroes of Robloxia Mission "Cosminus Chaos" and will return in some capacity in its upcoming sequel Heroes of Robloxia 2.
He is the ruler of an unknown planet and an alien invader who aims to destroy Earth and humanity by crushing the Moon on them, using various high-technology devices and even brainwashing numerous people in the process.
Appearance[]
Cosminus' clothes and skin are light blue; he wears dark gloves and boots. Around his waist is a belt with a shiny square on it, on his back he has a dark blue cloak, and around his head is a shiny ring. He has a crystal-like emblem on his chest and a type of collar surrounding his neck.
Personality[]
Cosminus is quite cruel and arrogant. It's obvious since the fact he wants to destroy an entire planet and has no sadness or regret about it. He also has an ambitious side, as seen in the last battle. He states that he will take revenge on the heroes without learning a lesson from his defeat.

Background[]
According to his toy's description, Cosminus is the ruler of an unknown planet, likely far from our Solar System, perhaps even in another Galaxy. However, the reason why Cosminus left his planet and the reason for his desire to destroy Earth are unknown.
Mission 5: Cosminus Chaos[]
Shortly before the events of the game, Cosminus invades the Bloxtopia Research Facility and puts the employees under mind control. And he sets out to destroy the Earth by using the employees and tools he has captured in the Facility. The Heroes, who received news of the events, quickly rush to the scene. Cosminus tries to stop them using the facility's technology. In the first room, he activates the gravity influencer, but heroes eventually find a way to turn it off. He then runs to the second room where the employees make research on the extraterrestrial stones, then creates a force field so the heroes can't come after him while he escaped to the rooftop.
Eventually, the heroes manage to break the force field and catch up with him. At that moment, Cosminus manages to complete and activate the rooftop laser he set up earlier, and the Moon begins to move towards the Earth as he planned. Cosminus attacks the heroes by summoning meteors, doing his best to slow them down but failing, and the heroes stop his machine and corner Cosminus. After fighting hand to hand for a while, Cosminus realizes that he can no longer win and escapes using a meteor, telling the heroes that he will return.

Roblox Toy Series 6[]
Like the rest of the Heroes of Robloxia characters, Cosminus received his own official Roblox toy in the 6th series of the Roblox toys from July 2019. The toy reveals Cosminus' occupation as the ruler of an unknown planet, which isn't mentioned in the game. Additionally, the players could receive the catalog item "Cosminus Cosplay" using the virtual item code that came with the toy.
Reception[]
Cosminus' role as an antagonist in the game is highly appreciated by the community. This is primarily due to the fact that, unlike other characters in the game, there is actual (albeit very little) information about his past and he poses a greater threat than the other villains in the game, as Darkmatter seeks to take over the world while Cosminus seeks to destroy it.
However, while Cosminus as a character is beloved, the same can't be said for his in-game version and Mission 5 itself. During the Universe 2018 event, where Cosminus and Mission 5 were added to the game, the game was shut down for maintenance due to bugs that emerged, which annoyed players who wanted to finish the game quickly. Beyond the event, many of these bugs remain unfixed (though they don't completely disrupt the game's flow), leading some players to be less than enthusiastic about Mission 5.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Genius-Level Intelligence: Cosminus is many times more intelligent than an ordinary person. So much so that he can make technological devices that only human beings could make if they tried for thousands of years, completely on his own. And since he's an alien, it can be said that he is quite good at astronomy.
- Vast Resources: By occupying the facility, Cosminus is rich in resources.
- Advanced Technology: Cosminus has incredibly advanced technology, he's able to create highly advanced devices such as force fields and gravity influencers, most likely technologies he developed on his home planet.
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: Although it is very basic, Cosminus can somewhat fight hand to hand, as seen in the final battle. However, he doesn't seem to prefer this way of fighting.
- Meteor Summoning: Cosminus can summon meteors and direct them; Using them both offensively and defensively, as seen in the final battle of Mission 5.
- Mind Control: Cosminus can permanently control people's minds and make them do what he wants, as he did on the employees. (However, it's unknown why he didn't try it on any of the heroes)
- Superhuman Durability: When he used a meteor to escape, he was seen to be unharmed even though the meteor hit him (although he was thrown away due to its impact). However, when falling to the ground, his clothing can be seen tearing apart, it's unknown if this was simply a mistake or not.

Trivia[]
- Due to his appearance, Cosminus is compared to Megamind by some fans, the main protagonist of Dreamworks' franchise of the same name.
- Although there is no mention of him ruling a planet in the game, the description of his toy says "An evil ruler from another planet".
- As of now, Cosminus is the only villain in the game that the heroes couldn't completely neutralize.
- He is also the only villain in the game who's not an associate of Darkmatter in any way (excluding the Vulture, as he isn't a part of the main storyline). This is due to Darkmatter already reforming back to Amethysto prior to Cosminus' mission, and the overall overarching plot having been ended with the mission just being a special addition to the game and canon more than anything.
