The origin of Cotton Ghost is unknown. It may be a spirit of an evil person or a completely different entity that is not related to humans or any other normal spirit.

In June 23rd, 2013 or June 2rrd, 2013, Cotton ghost invades the house of the Naviss family during nighttime. And with this, it strangles all of the members of the family with the strips of cotton and kills all of the members of the family by Asphyxia. Later, after it did its evil deed, it disappears out of thin air. The next morning the dead bodies of the family members were found and had found the strips of cottons in their throat as the families lay lifeless.
