Carmilla's Council of Sisters is a faction in Netflix's Castlevania series.

It is the vampiric organization that rules Styria from Carmilla's Castle. They first appear in Season 3 of Netflix's Castlevania Series and, in absence of the now-destroyed army that served Dracula in Wallachia, they take over as the main antagonistic faction of the series.

A month after the battle of Braila, Carmilla and her vampire army finally return to their home, Styria. When arriving at her Castle, Carmilla is greeted by Striga and Lenore, two of the vampire ladies who are part of Styria's ruling council. They also notice that their queen is carrying around Hector, Dracula's former Devil Forgemaster whom Carmilla orders to be sent to the dungeons. Carmilla then enters her castle declaring that she has a plan and orders her sisters to send a cartographer to her chambers after her bath.

The vampire sisters Morana, Striga and Lenore later meet in the council chambers to see Carmilla's new plan. When Carmilla appears, she pulls out a great map and puts it into the table. She then begins to explain that Dracula's attack on mankind has rendered many of the nations surrounding Wallachia in complete disarray and that this is a unique opportunity for Styria to expand east in a area that she calls "the corridor" where the humans would be trapped and serve as cattle to the vampires of Styria. While the council initially expresses disbelief because of the lack of manpower to even sustain such borders, Carmilla quickly points out that Hector, as a Forgemaster, could be someone very useful to their plans. Morana however, is still skeptical given Carmilla's inhuman treatment of Hector, she doesn't see how they would be able to convince him to cooperate with such an operation. Recognizing this issue, Lenore offers herself to be the one who convinces Hector to work for them.

Soon after, Lenore arrives at Hector's prison. The Forgemaster is initially very distrusting of her but eventually she manages to get through by giving him some measured human treatment and granting him access to some of the vampiric culture of Styria. After repeatedly visiting him and gaining his trust, Lenore seduces Hector and has sex with him to trick him into swearing loyalty to her and putting a magic ring in her finger so that he is bound to her.

When the Council of Sisters meet again, Lenore brings the enslaved Hector to the room, revealing that he is now her slave by being bound to her magic ring and thus, Hector's Night Creatures are now loyal to her. To ensure that Hector (and by extension, his Night Creatures) Lenore hands over more magic rings to Carmilla, Morana and Striga. With the Night Creatures under their command now, the Council of Sisters puts in motion their plan to create their empire.
