The Councilor is the main antagonist of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles episode "Trouble With Auggie". He is the leader of the Brotherhood, a race of interdimensional conquerors that travel to other worlds and devour their inhabitants.

Biography[]

The Councilor led the Brotherhood during their conquests. They would pretend to befriend the inhabitants. They encountered a race called the Zodats and tricked them into thinking they were their allies, only to destroy their civilization and kill them all. However, the Zodacs were able to trap them in their dimension by disabling their trans-dimensional device.

Later, Professor August "Auggie" O'Neil entered their dimension, and the Councilor tricked him into thinking he and the Brotherhood were his allies. They had him help them repair the trans-dimensional device and said they would use their technology to help Earth. Auggie sent a message to Earth about the Brotherhood, causing April and Donatello to travel to their dimension.

The Councilor welcomed them and took them to see Auggie. As Donatello explored the city, he overheard some members of the Brotherhood discussing the Councilor's true plan to devour everyone on Earth. When he tried to warn the others, the Councilor confronted them and revealed his true nature, ordering his men to capture them. They were able to escape, but the Councilor's men captured Auggie. He forced him to fix the device as he prepared his army to invade Earth. But April and Donatello actually made the device teleport them to a world of wasp-like creatures. The Councilor tried to escape from them, but ended up being killed, along with the rest of the soldiers that accompanied him.
