Counselor Jimmy is the secondary antagonist of the episode Unhappy Campers in Season 2 of Helluva Boss. He was one of the camp counselors of Camp Ivannakummore and a former Drug Supplier of Barbie Wire.
He was voiced by Monica Franco.
Biography[]
It is first shown where Moxxie and Millie are talking a demon sinner who was their potential next client, about one of the counselors killed him. However, their client does not know about who specifically killed him after he drowned from a boat that had a hole drilled in it as he was unable to swim. This made Moxxie rather hesitant as the rules of I.M.P say they don't allow investigations as they are considered as "a waste of time and effort". Moxxie decides to try to ask Blitzo, who is looking for the contacts in his book to find who knows about his sister, he gets shuts him down, much to Moxxie's patience and to Blitzo's annoyance, gets threatened to leave by I.M.P's boss to handle the case himself. Moxxie excitedly tells their client that they will help take the case on the investigation.
Moxxie and Millie decides to go to Camp Ivannokumore, which was shown to be summer currently. Moxxie decides to be disguised as a girl named "Moxxine" while Millie decides to be disguised as a boy who is "Moxxine's" brother, "Millerd Realboy". They see a figure with a trench coat and carrying a large bag. Millie tells Moxxie that is is clear that that person was holding a bag of drugs, money, and a drill. Moxxie still continues on dismissing Millie's clear observation. The two get in an argument, with Millie saying that she didn't want to insist since this was Moxxie's first solo case. However, Millie decides to try her best to fit in with Moxxie's idea for the investigation.
After a while Blitzo, who has been endlessly searching for his sister, he finds an imp dealer and decides to threaten him with his flintlock. The dealer decides to give him an Asmodean Crystal to get access to get into the real world, opens a portal, and Blitzo then uses it to enters the human world and entering Camp Ivannakummore.
Aw Millie was on-stage for her performance, after Moxxie hands Millie the microphone to perform on stage, he tells the crowd about how deeply she is proud and happy for her, calling her the love of his life, much to the crowd's uncomfortability, before he leaves to enter the camp's cabin.
He ends up bumping into Blitzo. Blitzo was angry at Moxxie because he and Millie despite having been a week, are still on the job. Then they both came to the camp's cabin and kicked the door down. Much to his shock and surprise, he found his sister in her human disguise, as well as Counselor Jimmy the person, who was the figure Millie and Moxxie saw.
As Millie begins her performance outside, Blitzo and Barbie get into an argument while Moxxie tells Blitzo that the camp counselor was their target, much to the I.M.P leader not taking him seriously. Moxxie, being a bit annoyed of Blitzo, then explains that the camp counselor was the target because he killed a client and their client of theirs wants him dead because of it.
This makes Barbie be rather disappointed of him before Jimmy confesses that the client found out about the drugs. Barbie decides to dismiss Jimmy and tells Blitzo she won't let them kill her drug supplier. Barbie says she finally got a job and a chance to escape Blitzo. She revealed that she had also seduced Jimmy into helping her.
Moxxie has finally had enough of the drama after having to spend an entire week on the mission, declaring that that he will finish the job "one way or another". Barbie gets angry and attacks Moxxie, then the three of them get into a huge fight in the camp as Millie performs on stage outstage. In one of the fight montages, Jimmy threw a kilo of heroin at the trio, much to the trio's anger at him doing so. Suddenly, a firework backfires and flies into the cabin, breaks the window in front of the camp counselor and blows Jimmy up, killing him on impact, most likely sending him to hell. This leaves Barbie infuriated that her dealer was killed, knowing she is out of her job.
Personality[]
Although, Jimmy appears demure and skittish, he does have a dark side as shown through his smuggling massive amounts of drugs and murdered a co-worker who just so happened to stumble across them by drilling a hole in a boat he drilled, knowing that the co-worker he killed can't swim. which even got Barbie Wire furious, making it clear Jimmy did this on his own accord rather than on her orders, as well as never even telling her.
He fluently gets manipulated by Barbie or anyone he finds seductive enough to do their bidding for.
Trivia[]
- It was confirmed by Spindlehorse that Jimmy is about 18 or 19 years old before he died.
- It was also confirmed that he died around July 17th somewhere in the 2020s.
- He shares the same voice as Vaggie in the Hazbin Hotel pilot and the Hellhound Adoption Centor Lady in Helluva Boss episode "Seeing Stars".
- There is a chance that Jimmy’s is based upon the infamous serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer due to their similar resembling names, both being dirty blond young adults, using power drills as their weapon of choice to murder their target(s), and both of their villainous criminal nature and tendencies ultimately being driven by sheer perverted lustfulness. Except Jeffrey Dahmer was gay and died from being beaten by another inmate via gym equipment, while Jimmy was ultimately accidentally killed by proxy with a misfired firework.
