The Coven, sometimes called Dark Coven, is a major antagonist group in Diablo III. They are a cult of Belial, lead by Maghda and created of remnants of Temple of the Triune.
Description[]
The Coven was created of remnants of Temple of the Triune. It gathered many humans, mages and witches. Two of them, Adria and Maghda, poisoned leaders and took control over the group. When Adria left, Maghda devoted the cult to Belial.
In 1285, the Coven was searching for El'Druin, sword of fallen archangel Tyrael. They failed to collect it, but Maghda managed to kill Deckard Cain. Maghda and other members were later killed/left the group in Caldeum by The Nephalem, and Belial was imprisoned in Black Soulstone.
