Coyolxauhqui (also known as Tez's Master) is the overarching antagonist of the 2019 Cartoon Network supernatural animated series Victor and Valentino. She is the Moon Goddess who was former master of Tez, the sister of Huitzi, as well as the mother of the Tzitzimimes and Isabella.

She was voiced by Cristina Vee, who also voiced Verosika Mayday from Helluva Boss, and Marinette Dupain-Cheng in the English dub from Miraculous: Ladybug and Cat Noir, as well as Xochi in Victor and Valentino.

Personality

Coyolxauhqui is a Moon Goddess. She has no care for her daughter, Isabella, as she didn't show any concern when Tez killed Isabela for betraying him.

She also had no problem punishing her minions, such as Tez for their failure.

Appearance

Coyolxauhqui has dark blue skin, with untamed black hair. She wears a gold and green headdress, large gold and red earrings, and golden hands and a heart around her chest like Isabella. Much like Isabella, she also has snakes on her, and eyes on her limbs. She is also notably dismembered.

Biography

Past

While not much is known about Coyolxauhqui, what is known is that, for sometime over the years, Tez has been working for her, including the Tzitzimimes for their unknown schemes. We know she was dismembered by her brother Huitzilopochtli, as she spent years reforming, fueled by hatred for him and their mother Coatlicue.

Sometime before the events of the series, Coyolxauhqui helped Tez try to get rid of Victor and Valentino.

At the end of the series' finale episode “Fall of the Fifth Sun”, The Tzitzimimes send Tez to the Tzitzimime Dimension, where Coyolxauhqui tells Tez that he has failed him.
