The Crazy Lake People are a group of minor antagonists from American Dad!. They are a group of rednecks obsessed with hanging out at lakes. After the lake was destroyed with Francine, they attempted to kill her.
Appearances[]
They all appear to be stereotypical unkempt rednecks covered in tattoos. Most of them have uneven teeth and are not well shaven.
Personalities[]
All of the members of the family are stereotypical rednecks. They are all obsessed with lakes and participating in activities relating to lakes. They are also very friendly with other people that hang out at lakes, quickly becoming friends with Stan after arriving. After Francine destroyed their lake, they became blood-thirsty monsters who set out to kill her.
Biography[]
After Stan created a lake, the crazy Lake People arrived and quickly set up shop. After doing so they got in the water and introduced themselves to Stan and Francine. Throughout the rest of the episode, they would hang out with Stan and participate in lake-related activities such as jet-skiing. Eventually, Francine blew up the dam that was holding the lake together and sailed off. After seeing what she had done, the Lake People rounded up their weapons and went after her on water-tubes using the draining lake as a current. After ignoring Stan's pleas to stop what they were doing, Stan set off ahead of them in order to save Francine from being killed. Eventually, Stan caught up with Francine, but the Lake People were following close behind. Once they saw her, Clenord ordered the family to ready their weapons. Stan tried to protest, causing Clenord to shoot an arrow at his head. Just before it was about to hit, Francine used her fly-fishing skills to knock it out of the way. They then all fired their arrows at once, but once again Francine knocked them out of the air with her net. Clenord then got out of his tube with a knife and began to run at her. She then poked his eye out, followed by his other eye, and two more eyes on his hands. The rest of the Lake People retreated while Clenord stumbled around the area blindly.

- In an episode prior to their official debut, Clenord and Tammy would be seen in the background at a Lumberjack event between Jeff and Stan.
- Clenord's eye hands might be a reference to two things: The Pale Man from The Labyrinth and the stereotype that rednecks are inbred, which would cause genetic mutations.
