Creation King, additionaly also known as King Genesis, is a character in Kamen Rider Black Sun. It is originally a prisoner of World War II who was experimented to be the first Kaijin to be born. Creation King also secretes blue enzyme that harvested for the creation of Kaijins and the production of Heat Heaven.

Background[]
Creation King, originally was a prisoner of World War II that was turned into the very first Kaijin by the group of scientist assamble by Michinosuke Dounami with the goals of creating a race that he could control. During solar eclipse and grasshopper plague, the prisoner unperfectly merged with other test subject and the Creation King was born.
After the birth of the Creation King, it went berserk and murdered all scientists that involved in the experiment, with the excluding of Soichiro Akizuki and Kozo Minami. The two scientists saw the Creation King seemingly crying. After the incident, the scientists continued their research on the Creation King and hide it in a seclude village.
The Creation King's extract was used to produce Heat Heaven and also for the creation of new Kaijins. During Kotaro and Nobuhiko's childhood, they visit a shrine and in inside they found the Creation King who patted Nobuhiko's head.
In 1972, when Darom signed an agreement of Gorgom to becomea party under government, the splinter faction members hide the Creation Kings in a crate and in the village the grew up. After hearing Yukari's ideal to kill the Creation King, Kotaro tried to kill the Kaijin but he was brutally beaten by the Kaijin's psychionic power and crushed his left leg, injuring him in the process.

In 2022, Gorgom Party is now take control of the Creation King and the Kaijin is now put in a lab. Since the Creation King is aging, Gorgom Party attempted any effort to create the new Creation King to replace the old one by finding 2 kingstones. Most of Gorogom Party members believed that only Kotaro, Nobuhiko, and Aoi that have potential to become the next Creation King as they have tested Aoi's will is strong enought to resist the Creation King's telekinesis.
When Gorgom Party HQ invaded by resistance group, Kotaro who joined the resistance entered the lab where the Creation King located and transformed into Kamen Rider Black Sun to combat and kill him for the last time. the Creation King is now powerless against Kotaro and has its heart ripped off by him. However despite this, it managed to mutilated Kotaro's left leg. After Kotaro escape from the lab, Nobuhiko arrives and he followed by prime minister Shinichi Dounami who accused Nobuhiko for killing the Creation King. The prime minister finds out that the Creation King's heart still beating despite being ripped out from its body and props the heart on a hook.
After Kotaro defeats Nobuhiko, the Creation King's heart crawls into Kotaro who plunges two kingstones to stab the heart. However, the heart manage to assimilate with Kotaro and Nobuhiko's dead body. As a result of this, Kotaro is now become the next Creation King. Kotaro as the new Creation King who approached by Aoi begging her to kill him with Satabsaber, killing Kotaro and the Creation King in the process.

- His backstory as one of prisoners who undergo a brutal human experimentation in unit 173 is an allusion of Japan's war crimes during World War II in Harbin, China with the effort of creating biological and chemical weapons throught human experimentation.
