Crime Boss Tomioka is a Crime Bpss of the Criminal Organization Crime and the secondary antagonist of the sixth episodes of J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai.
He is played by Makoto Takagiri.
Biography[]
After the death of the Spy Boss, Crime Boss Tomioka decides to build an underwater CRIME Base in the Bousou Peninsula city of Kamogawa to generate immense amounts of energy that can power CRIME's forces indefinitely. Tomioka takes Devil Amazon and Crimers to achieve this task but, after completing it, the force generated by the hydroelectric generators used to power the facility are strong enough to cause minor earthquakes and generate a powerful whirlpool strong enough to sink any ship near. Tomioka is first seen meeting with a fisherman who survived the whirlpool in a conversation overheard by Goro as J.A.K.Q has been investigating reports of CRIME on the Peninsula only for Tomioka to murder the fisherman to prevent him from informing the Coast Guard.
Later, at a hotel, Tomioka rendezvous with a woman named Kyoko who is secretly Devil Amazon in disguise. After reporting back to Boss Iron Claw, Tomioka reveals his plan and gets approval before meeting once more with Devil Amazon only to lose a poker game to Ryu; winning him a date with Kyoko although this is all part of a plot to kill J.A.K.Q. After diving down to the CRIME Base and being seen doing so by Bunta and Karen, Tomioka confronts Devil Amazon and reveals that Ryu placed a tracking current in her. Afterwards, he proposes making her his second in command if they can kill Iron Claw but Devil Amazon remains loyal to Iron Claw and guns Tomioka down just as Karen and Bunta rush in.

Crime Boss Tomioka is a much more confident and calculating Crime Boss who spoke in an commanding tone. Although he remained respectful to Iron Claw, Tomioka secretly plotted against him and coveted his position as leader of CRIME. However, it was this confidence and arrogant belief that Devil Amazon would betray Iron Claw that led to his death.
