Hi. This is Thesecret1070. I am an admin of this site. Edit as much as you wish, but one little thing... If you are going to edit a lot, then make yourself a user and login. Other than that, enjoy Villains Wiki!!!
The Crime Syndicate of America is a powerful team of supervillains appearing as the main antagonists in the animated film Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths (2010), part of the DC Universe Animated Original Movies series. They are evil counterparts to the Justice League from a parallel Earth, ruling their world through fear, intimidation, and organized super-crime.
In a parallel reality known as Earth-3, the Crime Syndicate of America are the world's greatest villains, ruling major cities and entire nations through intimidation, violence, and fear. They control the governments, economy, and law enforcement, forcing them to pay tribute while eliminating any resistance.
Ultraman leads the CSA with brutal authority, while Owlman serves as the strategist, Superwoman enforces their will with sadistic pleasure, Johnny Quick operates as their rapid enforcer, and Power Ring provides fear-based power projection. They also command the Made Men, superpowered lieutenants enforcing Syndicate rule in every city.
Encounter with the Justice League[]
When Lex Luthor from their universe seeks help, the Justice League travels to Earth-3 to confront the CSA. The Syndicate resists fiercely, unwilling to lose their iron grip, leading to an intense conflict across both Earths.
Owlman’s Plan[]
While the Syndicate wages war against the Justice League, Owlman develops a nihilistic plan to destroy all of reality using a quantum bomb, believing that every choice creates infinite suffering. Owlman’s betrayal of the Syndicate escalates the stakes from conquest to potential multiversal annihilation.
Defeat[]
The Justice League systematically dismantles the Crime Syndicate’s operations, defeating the Made Men and neutralizing the Syndicate’s leadership. Batman confronts Owlman on the alternate Earth where Owlman plans to detonate the bomb, successfully stopping him by sending the bomb to an uninhabited Earth, destroying Owlman.
After Owlman’s death, the Crime Syndicate is defeated, and their members are imprisoned, leaving Earth-3 free from their reign for the first time in years.
