The Criminal Syndicate are minor antagonists in Rope Hero: Vice Town.
They first appears in The Side Quest
Balcony Massacre and then Other Side Quests along with The Spies.

Balcony Massacre:[]
The Rope Hero met up with Ms. K, The Leader of The Criminal Syndicate and told him that if he managed to defeat The remaining members with just a katana She'll stop the dispute. Before going to fight the remaining members The Rope Hero kills Ms. K and then goes to the building. The Rope Hero successfully taken out the remaining members saving The Vice Town again.
Othe Side Quests:[]
In The Other Side Quests The Rope Hero fights the rest of The Criminal Syndicate and The Spies too. This defeating and ending them for once and for all.

They rarely show an traits of personality but it's noted that they are ruthless and cold blooded.

The Members all uses the body models of the other citizens in Vice Town.
