Crimson's Mafia are major antagonists in Season 2 of the adult animated black comedy romantic drama web series Helluva Boss.
They are the most powerful and notorious mafia residing in the Greed Ring of Hell who seek to obtain more money and power.

Background[]
Headquartered within the gloomy and crime-ridden city of contradictory Notamafia Town in the Greed Ring, the mafia was founded before the events of the series under the leadership of the notorious criminal mastermind, Crimson. Like other demons in the Greed Ring, the mafia was founded with the purpose of increasing the wealth of its members. The mafia was known for its extremely murderous activities, even helping to drown Crimson's wife because she tried to leave him.
"Exes and Oohs"[]
Looking to locate Moxxie, Crimson manipulates I.M.P into coming down to his mansion. Once they are there, the Mafia separate the group before Crimson reveals that Moxxie must marry Mafia member, Chazwick Thurman, so that the Mafia can officially have his proclaimed money. Moxxie refuses due to the fact that he is already being married to Millie, causing Crimson to threaten to hurt her if he doesn't.
After a night, the Mafia force Moxxie to the wedding ceremony, where they prepare to wed him and Chaz before sending in some minions to attack Millie and Blitzo. This unfortunately fails, however, as Millie rescues Moxxie before Blitzo proudly reveals that Chazwick lied about having more money, causing Crimson to kill Chazwick and hang his jaw up as decoration as punishment for lying to him.

While Blitzo and Fizz are fighting and arguing, Striker decides to take an interview with Crimson to try to integrate into the mafia, during the interview when Striker sees one of Fizz's chihuahuas being crushed by the window and kidnapped Blitzo and Fizz for his sadistic pleasures, thus bringing Striker into his mafia.
Despite the escape of Blitzo and Fizz, the mafia finds their prisoners free, making Crimson angry and ordering to capture them by arguing Blitzo and Fizz about what happened since the circus accident.
During Blitzo and Fizz fight against the mafia, Blitzo finds a solution to try to escape from the hangar and during their first confrontation against Crimson, Striker and their mafia members try to kill Blitzo and Fizz, but Blitzo found a way to escape Fizz to sing him a song to distract the mafia, while Blitzo launches an escape using dynamite, Fizz hit Striker to stun him, Blitzo activates the dynamite to explode the roof of the hangar, escaping Blitzo and Fizz out of the hangar and bringing down the entire mafia to crush them (except Striker as he somehow manages to survive), ending their criminal reign once and for all and indirectly avenging the fate of Moxxie's mother.
Despite Striker escaping from his defeat, it is highly likely that Crimson and some remaining mobsters survived their downfall, probably swearing revenge on Blitzo, Fizz and Asmodeus for ruining their criminal reputation.

- Butch (one of Crimson Mafia's member) is the second imp to not have red skin, the first being Striker.
- Although Striker survived the destruction of the hangar, this proves that Crimson and the other mafia members (including Alessio) probably survived the destruction of the building and it is preferable that they return in a potential episode of Helluva Boss where Crimson wishes to take revenge not only on his son, but especially on Blitzo, Fizz and Asmodeus for having ruined his criminal reputation alongside his surviving mafia members (including Alessio).
- However, if Crimson reappears in a potential episode of Helluva Boss and he is the last survivor of his mafia, it proves that his minions (including Alessio) are all dead if his mafia is dissolved.
