Crippletron is the main antagonist in the Family Guy episode "No Meals On Wheels". He is also a major antagonist in the 2012 video game Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse.
Crippletron is a Giant Robotic-Like formation made up structurally by Joe Swanson and his Parapellgic Friends. With this Robotic-Like Formation of Handicaps, being formed in order to Kill Peter Griffin and Destroy his restaurant "Big Pete's House Of Munch"
Biography[]
In "No Meals on Wheels" Peter, buys a pair of Flannel Feet Pajamas at the Quahog Thrift Store. As soon as he purchases these Pajamas, he begins wearing them all the time and leaves the Pajamas on for several days. During this, he discovers that when he shuffles on the Carpet in these pajamas, he emits a charge of electricity due to the Pajamas' material. and after accidentally shocking Chris because of the charge of electricity, Peter begins tormenting his family by shocking them.
This goes on for a few days until Lois has the Living Room Carpet removed, due to Peter's shenanigans. The Family then discovers a "18th Century Rhode Island Ship Token" that had been under the rug for quite some time, which is estimated by Brian to be worth around 50 Thousand Dollars. Peter and his family then cash out the token, leaving the Family with 50 Grand in their wallets. Lois and Peter then decided to open up a restaurant known as "Big Pete's House Of Munch". That at first is quite a successful business, however later on declines in customers.
Because of this, The Restaurant begins to lose money at drastic rates, With Peter and his family being left Bewildered on how to revive their declining business. However later that night at The Drunken Clam, Peter is informed by Joe that he and his Buddies from work need a new place to hang out, due to their local Donut Shop becoming too "Puerto-Ricany", and asks if his Restaurant could be their new hangout spot. Peter agrees to this, with Joe and his buddies making arrangements to dine at the Resturaunt.
Peter later that night, meets Joe at the door along with his Cop Buddies. Peter however is disappointed to realize that all of Joe's friends are paraplegics, expecting them to be able-bodied policemen. Later the next day, Joe's friends return to the restaurant with them making Peter's Restaurant their new "Hang Out Spot". Lois is delighted that the restrestaurant is finally getting regular customers. Peter however is disappointed and somewhat frustrated, with him explaining how he wanted a "cool" restaurant and not "the cafeteria at the Veteran's Hospital".
Later that night, Quahog 5 News, reports on Big Pete's House of Munch, advertising it as a restaurant for the disabled. Peter is enraged by their restaurant's reputation, and Later the next day, sets up a new policy for the restaurant, denying the handicapped service. Later that night, Joe and his Cop buddies arrive for their regular meal at the restaurant. Peter then meets Joe and his friends at the door, explaining how there is a new policy for the restaurant, denying service to the handicapped. Joe is furious and asks why Peter would deny them service.
Peter then gets into an argument with Joe that later escalates to Joe and his friends being kicked out of the establishment. Joe explains how they're not gonna go down easy, and how tomorrow he will come back with more Handicapped friends. The next day, Peter, Chris, and Brian all wait for Joe and his friends to arrive at the restaurant.
Once Joe and his friends arrive Joe says he'll give Peter "One last chance" if he lets them into his restaurant. Peter however declines their demands, This leads to Joe to begin the formation of "Crippletron" consisting of a structure made up of Joe's Handicapped friends, with this Formation resembling that of a Robot, armed with large fists and Rocket Launchers made up entirely of Joe's friends.
Once the formation is complete Crippletron makes its way toward Big Pete's House Of Munch, in which it attempts to crush Peterr with its Large Fists. A fight then occurs with Peter dodging the Fists of Crippletron as well as the Formation's "Rockets", During which several damages to the Restaurant are sustained. However while attempting to kill Peter, Stewie is able to maneuver onto Crippletron and is able to destroy it by blinding Joe.
After the fight, Peter is left injured after the destruction of Crippletron and is forced to close down Big Pete's House Of Munch due to the damages sustained by CrippleTron. Peter shortly after is sent to the hospital, where he is put into a wheelchair due to his Broken leg. Once he is released from the Hospital, Peter faces the hardships of living life in a wheelchair, and At the end of the episode, Peter finally apologizes to Joe for how he treated him and his friends, thinking they were all just "gimps" with Joe accepting his apology.
Appearance[]
Crippletron is a Large, Robotic-Like, Creation made up entirely of Joe's Friends. The "Robot" has two Large Fists accompanied by "Handicap Launchers" that when used fires one of Joe's friends, simulating that of a Rocket Launcher. The Structure is also held up by two bulky legs. Joe can be seen on top of the Formation controlling it.
