Crips Leader is supporting antagonist of Sift Heads Franchise and minor antagonist of Cartels Saga. He's the Mexican-American leader of local gang also known as Crips, who's owning Hasta Club for headquaters and for entertainment. The leader of gang was involved in kidnapping Shorty, so he knows about transaction of kidnapped Shorty to Red Mafia's hands. Vinnie came to Crips to find Shorty, where leader refused to helping and ordered to bounty hunter to get out of the club.

Sift Heads Cartels Act 1 and 3[]
The Crips Leader first appearing in the mission "Pour Me Some", where Vinnie came to Hasta Club, belonging to Crips, sooner, Vinnie met the gang leader and leader was surprised to see the famous bounty hunter on the turf of Crips and he mentioned that Vinnie still is hunted by Red Mafia, Yakuza and Russian Mafia. Sooner, leader asked Vinnie, what loco like him, can do to him, and Vinnie explained that he's looking for Shorty, and gang leader is involved in transaction, it made leader to laugh a little and say on Spanish that Vinnie is in love with kidnapped Shorty. Leader said that he's sorry for Vinnie and he ordered to forget about Shorty and get out. Vinnie isn't took "no" for answer and he injured the leader in the shoulder, before Vinnie started massacre in Hasta Club, killing members of Crips. Sooner, the leader was arrested off-screen.
Last appearance of the leader was in the mission of 3rd act: "Behind Bars", where Vinnie met the leader once again and he mocked bounty hunter that he's trapped like a rat, giving some little flashbacks from Hasta Club. In this time, leader with his last two members decided to kill Vinnie completely and he ordered his men to kill bounty hunter by brick and pipe, but the thing is that Vinnie bought the blade from inmate "The Supplier", so Vinnie killed two last members by shiv and then, he tossed the blade in leader's head, before take the money from leader to get a guard of prison in the hostage and escape.
