Croakagy is the main antagonist of the 2020 animated film Space Dogs: Return to Earth. He is a frog-like alien from planet Altaease, who, together with his sidekick Pumbary, arrived on Earth to steal the Atlantic Ocean and use it to replace their own planet's lost water.
He is voiced by Sergey Dyachkov in Russian and Jason Kesser in English.

Croakagy is a frog-like humanoid with white and purple skin. He has yellow eyes with black irises and wears a white bodysuit.

Croakagy and Pumbary hail from planet Altaease, which was a perfect world to live on until a meteor collided with it, making it lose all of its water. The president of Altaease issued an order to find enough water to replenish the planet's resources, with Croakagy and Pumbary jumping at the call, hoping to reap hefty rewards for their accomplishments. On their spaceship, they and their pet "hatchling" traversed space for "croakty-five years", until finally arriving on the XX century Earth, where water had the exact same structure as on Altaease. Parking their spaceship on the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, they began to suck in water from it, forming a mysterious vortex and causing panic among the residents of Cuba.
Space Dogs: Return to Earth[]
After returning from Enceladus, Belka and Strelka were sent to Cuba to explore the origin of the vortex. Eventually, they, Lenny and Thomas were sucked in and wound up inside the aliens' ship. Eventually, they encountered Croakagy and Pumbary, learning that they were responsible for the water disappearing. Croakagy feigned hospitability, but locked the Earth animals up immediately. When Belka called him out on his crimes, he told her the story of his planet, explaining that he and Pumbary needed Earth's water to save Altaease. He then left, ordering Pumbary to guard the Earthlings. They, however, convinced Pumbary to free them and went to search for samples they had brought from Enceladus, believing that they could use them to convince Croakagy to abandon his plans.
Eventually, the Earthlings and Pumbary recovered the samples, but Croakagy, learning of their escape and his crewmate's treachery, decided to destroy Pumbary's garden in revenge. In the ship's cockpit, he confronted his friend, who attempted to protect one of his flowers, only to be interrupted by the animals who brought him the case with samples. The case, however, turned out to be empty. At this point, Lenny's girlfriend Maria revealed herself to be a con artist planning to steal alien tech from the ship, and stole Croakagy's blaster to arm herself, but was caught by the "hatchling". Croakagy then ordered the latter to destroy everyone present, but this led to Maria accidentally destroying the spaceship's controls, threatening to leave it sunk forever. Earthlings and Altaeaseans teamed up to make the spaceship surface, releasing the stolen water in the process, only to be met by Soviet navy prepared to blow it up. Lenny saved the aliens by giving up the alien device he had to be used as a power source for the spaceship, while Maria gave up the only surviving Enceladus sample, which was revealed to contain enough water to fill up two oceans, meaning Croakagy and Pumbary succeeded in their mission after all. After releasing the Earth animals, they bid them farewell and flew off into space.

- In both the original Russian voice-over and English dub, Croakagy has a verbal tic that causes him to insert croaks into some words, but it's much more explicit in the former.
