The Cutmen are the footsoldiers of the Secret Society Egos and supporting antagonists in Battle Fever J.
History[]
Past[]
As with all Egos Monsters, the Cutme were created by Satan Egos' Monster-Making Machine to act as the bulk of his organisation. Together, they were able to terrorise the Earth; causing all of the Earth's suffering and came into conflict with Japan's National Defense Ministry.
Battle Fever J[]
In 1980, Satan Egos launches his ultimate plan to conquer the Earth and sends the Umbrella Monster to kill key Japanese military officials and weaken the country's overall defenses. When he succeeds, he is sent with some Cutmen to kill the newly emerged Battle Fever but the Cutmen are quickly killed despite putting up a good fight. Later though, the Cutmen are responsible for the death of Kensaku Shiraishi, the first Battle Cossack when they gun him down whilst he isn't wearing his Battle Suit. All seem to be killed off during the final battle against Commander Hedder and any left alive are killed for good when Satan Egos collapses the Egos Headquarters during his escape for the final fight.
Turboranger[]
During the Turborangers' first battle against the Hundred Boma Tribes, they are joined by all ten previous Super Sentai teams which includes Battle Fever. As the Sentai fight, they recall Battle Fever's many battles which includes their first battle against the Cutmen.
Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger: The Flying Ghost Ship[]
Several Machinemen are part of an army of past enemy grunts fought by the Gokaigers in Los Dark's ghost dimension which houses the 1500 spirits of the villains defeated by the Super Sentai. After losing some of their number in an initial skirmish, the remaining members from each grunt group merged to form the Combined Combatant. Though the stronger opponent, the Combined Combatant proves to be unstable due to internal conflicting among the grunts composing him over who got to finish the pirates off. Taking advantage, the Gokaigers use the Battle Fever J Ranger Keys to destroy the Combined Combatant with the Penta Force cannon.
Zenkaiger[]
After breaking his seal and escaping from the Agastia Base, Asmodeus summons the Kamen Rider and Super Sentai books from off the shelves and uses them to call forth an army of villains previously defeated by the Kamen Riders and Super Sentai which include a platoon of Cutmen. Many are destroyed but most of the Cutmen survive long enough to see Asmodeus' plans seemingly come to fruition until Touma Kamiyama manages to help Shotaro himself regain his passion for drawing out superheroes which, in turn, revives all of the Kamen Riders and the Super Sentai teams back into existence. Ultimately, the entire army itself is be wiped out by the full and combined might of Kamen Rider Saber as well as his fellow swordsmen and the Zenkaigers along with Zocks Goldtsuiker supported by the Kamen Riders and the previous Red Rangers.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Teleportation: The Cutmen could teleport to any location at will by instantly appearing and disappearing.
- Human Forms: As with most of Egos, the Cutmen could assume multiple different human forms depending on what the scheme required.
Arsenal[]
- Daggers: The Cutmen's primary weapons were small three-pronged trident-like daggers which they could hack at their enemies with.
- Machine Guns: The Cutmen also regularly used machine guns to try and cut down their enemies.
- Grenades: The Cutmen very occasionally used grenades to hurt their enemies or force them out of hiding.
